Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Crenya — the software products, websites, mobile apps and services operated by Crenya Technologies LLP ("Crenya", "we", "us"), including CodeTune, Crenya Design, Office, ERP, POS, and the Crenya Housekeeper, HMS, Owner, Waiter and Order apps. By creating an account or using any Crenya product, you agree to these terms. If you are using Crenya for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, the security of your credentials, and all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security or legal risk.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid Crenya products are sold on a subscription basis. Prices, plans and limits are shown at purchase and in your billing area (billing.crenya.com). Payments are collected through our payment partners — Razorpay for India (UPI, cards, net-banking) and an international provider for other regions — and each payment extends your licence for the stated period.

You authorise us and our payment partners to charge your chosen method for the plan you select. Applicable taxes (for example GST) are added where required, and a tax invoice / receipt is issued for each payment. It is your responsibility to keep a valid payment method and to renew before expiry to avoid interruption.

Renewals, cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your licence remains active until the end of the paid period. To cancel, use your billing area or email info@crenya.com.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a genuine service failure, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Crenya: no unlawful, infringing or harmful activity; no attempts to breach security, access other tenants' data, reverse-engineer, overload or disrupt the service; no reselling or sharing access beyond your licensed limits. You are responsible for the data you put into Crenya and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.

Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into Crenya. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and host it on AWS in the Mumbai (India) region. You can request an export of your data while your account is active.

Intellectual property

Crenya, its software, design, and brand (including the Crenya name and marks) are owned by Crenya Technologies LLP and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the products for your business during your subscription — no other rights are granted.

Availability & support

We work to keep Crenya reliable and available, but the service is provided on a commercially reasonable-effort basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Support is available at crenya.com/support and info@crenya.com.

Disclaimers & liability

Crenya is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits or data; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected product in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, a breach of these terms, or legal/security reasons. You may stop using Crenya at any time. On termination, your right to use the products ends; we retain data only as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the date below and, for material changes, give a more prominent notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
